yeh, the obe guides on youtube are what piqued my interest. also, there's a ton of frequency drones and binaural beats as well. some videos even let you pick the frequency to try to elicit a specific type of feeling. i'm a little scared of the videos. i tried one the other night, and i feel like it unnaturally forces me into the vibration state.
it's very interesting that i've been using asmr youtubers to fall asleep to for almost a year now, and i had no concept that the lucid dreaming stuff was even a thing.
