yes, I was working on it before SystemSP appeared.
what exactly card reader you mean ? every game have each own reader, not compatible with others, and each needed to be separate reverse engendered and emulated.
anyway, if you mean reader-printers for magnetic cards - InitialD, ClubKart, Derby Owners data read/write works now but only in GAME TEST mode. during real game there very strange behavior like random card inserting/extracting/etc, looks like some protection crap.
AFAIR only one of DOC versions really playable with cards now.
