Once you get it fixed also set yourself up a less privileged user. That breaks about 99% of viri installs. As they do not have the privileges to write where they need to. Also get something like adblock and noscript. That is where many of them come from these days in drive by attacks.
Its really easy just create a normal user in the control panel. Then only use the admin user for installs or maintenance. It is the same thing as 'dont run as root' in the linux world. Now... if I would just follow my own advice
