Hits people at different ages. I think my grandpa had one around then, and he was thin. Seriously stressful life. May've been precipitated by rheumatic fever as a child/adolescent.
I've been sitting on my ass for most of the day, for the last twelve years. Yet I'm fitter than many people who go to the gym every day. Genes? Active childhood? Yes. But it's my current diet and training routine that do it up. And it's the simplest, most effective scheme. (Yeah, go ahead and play on that one.)
However, if I passed it along to everyone, then there'd surely be WAY too many people on the planet.
Scifi frauds. SF illuminates.
