You can adjust some of the sliders on the fly, reset the game, and take screenshots right now. There was a long pause in developing the feature to avoid interfering with the proposed built-in MAME GUI, but that ended up being kind of a disaster and was scrapped. Hopefully development on the web interface'll get picked back up soon.
