you must not try to put '<' or '>' directly into a .cfg file

instead, you would need to use:

KEYCODE_RSHIFT KEYCODE_COMMA (this will set the key '<')

and

KEYCODE_RSHIFT KEYCODE_STOP (this will set the key '>')
