That really isn't terrible, but it's on the high side for standard bloodwork if I'm remembering that range right. Standard bloodwork glucose isn't really a qualifier for diabetes, as too much can throw it off. They will do a different screen to diagnose, usually the 3 hour test. It sucks, I always fail it no matter how much I study...
It is possible your dizziness was from a sugar bomb, you don't need to be diabetic to have a sugar crash episode every now and then(could also be a number of other things, even dehydration...)
