@Tom: and her thumb is slightly rampy, too. I wasn't doing a wholistic study. For that matter, she's got that big brain case thing happening - more acorn than almond-shaped.
Anyways: it's obvious her shoulders are wider than her hips.
And she should be pulling back her shoulders. Bearing, you know....although, she's apparently thrusting her tummy out a little too much. She may have that bent lower spine thing.
