I'm not sure what you're getting at. I mean, I know what that means, I just don't see it in that pic. I'd hate to ask you to post a pic diagramming what you're on about... 
Well, for one thing, she's pulling her shoulders back to make her chest more prominent (and the stretched sweater and button kinda gives that away too). Then the thumb (I doubt you noticed it) is long... slender'ish (if such a thing can be attributed to digits). Definitely a feminine feature. Or, that is to say, I've never seen a male hand with slender fingers.
