Winter clothes: things that are actually warmer than jeans, since I prefer lightweight jeans to the heavy-duty ones. Spring clothes: jeans and long-sleeve shirts, a couple pairs of slacks, tees on warm days. Summer clothes: lose the long sleeves, possibly wear shorts if not going anywhere (still have ugly scar around one ankle). Fall clothes: still tees, lose the shorts again.
My shirts rarely have more than two buttons, and I wore a tie once a few years ago, but not with a suit. I've been wearing things with elastic and draw-string waists for the past several months. I had noticed trouble keeping them on.
