What they have done is linked the directory over to another place. Using windows junction points. For example "my documents" is now c:\users\youruser\documents. But you will see a "my documents" that is a junction point to documents. A few directories will end up in c:\users\youruser\appdata\roaming

You can see what they did by using "dir /a" in your user directory.

Depending on if you are at an elevated command prompt or not and what the permissions of the linked dir you may or may not be able to 'see' into the directory. However if you know where the real dir is you can browse into that.

The 'libraries' is meant to used from windows file explorer. You will see the fake "folders" over on the left.
