Interesting, I heard other variants of those:

On top of Old Smokey
All covered in snot
I shot my poor teacher
With one bloody shot

When you're climbing up the ladder
And you feel something splatter...

Even weirder were the girls' clapping rhymes, e.g.:

I went to a Chinese restaurant
To buy a loaf of bread
I wrapped it up in a five-dollar note
And this is what I said
My name is Elvis Presley
Girls are sexy
Sitting in the back seat
Drinking Pepsi
Big-a-boobies
At the movies
Da-na na-na-na-na
