Sony Vaio Pentium 4 2.20GHz and testing with pongf, it runs between 25% to 30%
Some slight pong variations in store later since schematics are on hand for these three pong clones. PMC's Wham Bam is a multiple pcb board layout pong clone so maybe expect the speed to be somewhat slower compared to Pong.
