One time I ordered a calzone (but it was O round not D round, so whatever those'r called) that comes with dipping sauce. The delivery guy brought it over, takes it out of that insulated box/bag thing. The container of sauce falls off the box. Marinara sauce gets on his pant leg, and the rest was mostly on the ground. He said he was sorry and that they only give him what to take and say where to take it... & never tell him what's inside.
He went back and then returned with a replacement for the sauce, which wasn't more than 5 minutes. I did give him (another) tip.
