Is that possible to get a photo or scan of that in the meantime and store that for future use?
I am guessing this would be impossible to support unless there is future 3D visual video support in MAME? You already know yourself, but to mention to younger generation, several other 1970s era cabs had interior artwork pieces such as Atari's Pool Shark or Video Pinball that can't really be supported in current MAME video output. Hopefully maybe the video support might be possible later. Some of the games aren't the same when artwork support is missing.

iirc I may have seen the game only at Knott's Buffalo Nickel arcade in late 1970s. I tried it once and didn't care for it as a kid then. I guess it didn't have the attraction-factor compared to a certain Nintendo film screen game back then.
