There's also "Arcade-Viewer", the original arcade version - which has the most polygons/animations, slightly modified to work in Sik's BL4Viewer, on Skubidou's site.
Supposedly you can get Arcade tracks to work in DirectX 5 POD exe on current Windows versions with NicoDE's PODHacks 3.8 (or newer).
If you get it working, please post a video to YouTube and take more screenshots.
