Yeah I tried both actually, and I just find that the GOM Player GUI is so much slicker & more professional feeling...with everything layed out in a more concise manner as far as config options go (of which there are far more to customize it with as well). Plus it's very light on the CPU as well as its code is Windows specific (and not cross-platform).

Anyhow just offering my two cents since I've experimented with both...but try out each and then see which you like best...however IMHO GOM is far superior in practically every way
