So my ISP is raising their rates again

They raised them about six months ago, "but hey, we've increased your bandwidth from 15 to 20Mbps!"
Next month the rates are going up again, "but hey, we're increasing your bandwidth from 20 to 22Mbps!"
I could drop to a lower tier service (7Mbps) and probably not notice a difference, but that plan will now be just a few $$$ cheaper than I was paying for 20Mbps.
