Sine Mora is State of the Art ! I am glad that this gem made its way to PC after loooong waiting 
You said that You wanna vertical more, so without any doubt the game for You(and for all of us shmups lovers) is Raiden III & Raiden IV !!! The best ever vertical SHMUP in the world !
Raiden III is available for PC originally and it works on Win 7 64 bit (I tested the game 1 000 000 times!) besides its "oldness". Raiden III was released in Japan & Taiwan. If You can't find the game or You don't wanna dl torrent, You can play PS2 version on Your PC through PCSX2 emulator - works like a charm.
Raiden IV is not available for PC... ...BUT... ...You can still play at home - just use ArcadePC Loader and dumped/extracted Arcade version - also works 100% !
