Found 2 missing rename-sets in the list:
rfjetsa > rfjets
rfjets > rfjetsa

I made a typo myself in the MAMEinfo.dat under $info=rfjet.
I added " Renamed (rfjetsa) to (rfjets) and (rfjets) to (rfjetsa). "
to 0.149 and not to 0.149u1. That's all!
