They must have removed references to "Silver" because I don't see them in my XBox.com account. But I must have the equivalent because I have purchased and downloaded several other games, including both RE4 and 5 as well as the fun Dragon's Lair.
I understand the general XBLN requirements, but Hydro Thunder is unique in that they won't allow you to purchase it at all unless you have Gold. If you want to play Local Multiplayer on anything beyond the first course, using anything but the first boats, you have to go through both levels of hoops, and that's what pisses me off the most. The next pisser is that there is no avenue through which to complain. @#$%#&

Oh, I have a PSN account already due to my old PSP's.... which I no longer use and had given away. Even with $75 or so in my online wallet.
