Do you believe/suspect that a hardwired LAN will universally suffice for arcade hardware?
The reason I ask is that in the decade or so I've been following MAME and this forum the question of network play has come up many times. Almost universally a dev has answered that even local networks are not up to the task and that the whole thing was a pipe dream.
