Sorry to say but none will support what you want. Typically they support either neo-geo controllers or genesis controllers but not USB, let alone key combos. Genesis super guns, make sure they support 6-button controllers and make sure that they have some way to connect to the kick harness on the board.
However you might find getting/building one bespoke is going to be easier and cheaper. I made my own harness for Gauntlet Dark Legacy that uses genesis controllers. It's not petty and one button is missing but it does the job.
EDIT: And yes, they can be very expensive for no reason other than it's for arcade stuff and is a sort of niche market. I'm sure many people could help build or design one.
