PC's are already faster than the PS4. I'm not sure where this fallacy that consoles are faster than PC's and PC's have to "catch up" came from but it's never been true (unless you have an ancient PC).
As for PC games being generic in nature, I don't know what you're smoking but there are more innovative games on PC than consoles by a long shot. Almost all console games are ported to the PC anyway. I have nothing against consoles (I own a PS3 and had an XBox 360 until recently) but your statements are completely wrong.
