I know this is a MAME forum, but I guess here are some people who can help me with my problem. If it's off-topic, please move it to another sub forum.
If I bought an arcade board of Street Fighter II, would it be possible to get the game to run on a standard CRT TV and to use standard USB PC controllers?
I'm not a technician, so altering the board, laying cables etc., would be out of the question. I'd like to know: Are there converters that you can buy on the internet where you can take the unaltered original board, plug in a TV and gamepads and play it? Or would it take more to get an arcade board to run just like that? Overall, how complicated is it to play an arcade game at home on the original hardware?
