Hello,

A new History.dat has been generated.

Updated for 148u1 (UME, MAME & MESS) + the following non-exaustive new:
- ALL DECCO cassettes cleaned-up.
- ALL CPS-1 games cleaned-up
- ALL CPS-2 games cleaned-up
- ALL Mega-Tech games cleaned-up.
- More MESS Softlists added and more to come soon.

note: The file is available in two different formats: one for QMC2-like frontends and one for MAMEui-like interface.

More clean-up and additions next time . Now working on 'gba'.
