If you look to the header license currently is a GPL with some exceptions...
It's a dual license that allow to link my GPL with your not GPL code if it is needed... Your license is not restricted in the way GPL is while source code will be available and not money is asked.
Also is a Gray area that needs layers if we give it a lot of thinking...
I like the GPL license becouse I trust on true free sw as a a good tool to make sw that is good for all people, without GPL Linux, gcc not exits.
I not like licenses like MAME, but I understand that it is necessary becouse if not you will have problems, as people will earn money and the project could be questionable.
Anyway, I'm not trying to make a flame about licenses and I respect your thinking... Is really a problem my gpl fronted? I will changed if mame team ask me..
