Hah, not remotely. You just need iExplorer. When you look at the Gridlee app in iExplorer, it has the usual MAME folders in its Documents area. Just drop whatever ROMs you want into the roms folder. Apparently it auto-launches Gridlee by virtue of the fact that it's the only ROM in the folder. When there are multiple, you get the usual MAME game selection interface.
