A few suggestions based on my first 10 minutes:
- %s should automatically include quotes around the path. My ROM paths have spaces, I scratched my head for a few minutes until I realized I needed "%s"
- Related, it would be nice to have a way to either hold the command window open after an emulator exits, report the output from an emulator in a popup dialog, and/or display the exact command line being passed to the emulator. It took some guesswork to figure out exactly what was wrong with my messed up paths.
- Minor bug, maybe? My scroll wheel didn't work the first time the games list was built. After closing and relaunching, it seems to be OK.

EDIT: Another thought... setup presets for the most common emulators (MESS if nothing else) would save some tedious data entry.
