1. Murder weapon, a bra belonging to the victim's ex, is accidentally left in the women's restroom by said ex.
2. Murderer establishes alibi by setting up tripod and mounting camera on it while recording, then goes to women's restroom, unaware of bra.
3. Victim happens to spot murderer leaving camera, so follows him into women's restroom, where he is strangled with bra, which is left in place.
4. Murderer returns to camera, picks it up, and continues to record.
Nope, that's all out of order. Not gonna work.
