But I found that there were few or no large-sized photos online of a face-on view of a circa 1977 television (at least none I could stand to look at for long periods of time), so I went with what I could find and vectorized it. I agree that knobs would have been cool, but I just sort of pretended it was 1983 and we were still playing Atari 2600. *shrug*
Besides, if you really want authenticity, you could put red shag carpet and a Farrah poster in the background, maybe a photo of Mom bitching you out for not having your homework done... All depends on how authentic you want to get. I just wanted something that didn't look like pixellated ass when stretched across a 50" screen.
