Unable load street fighter II Champion Edition by using mameui64 0.147u2

i m new in forums , sorry if i post question in wrong place.

today i try to use , mame 0.147 emulator to run the street fighter II chapion Edition game , but when i try to audit the the game , there was no game detect . the rom was put on roms folder and name of the street fighter rom is st2ce.zip. please help to play this game.
