WOW, that helps a LOT!!!!!!!!! 
Judging from the block diagram labeled "GONG 5635" and it's labeled inputs I am guessing it is a standard door chime!?!?!?!
The only other weird thing is the connection labeled "GONG-+V" going straight to the speaker of the monitor!?!?!?! (unless that's the voltage feeding the gong unit since 5 volts probably wouldn't cut it)
It is nice to see a 5K value and CW orientation on the paddle control!
Now, to find any info on Meadows' Ckidzo! Then I'll be all set.
