I stumbled across this a few days ago, I've been addicted to reading it ever since. It's supposed to be a collection of documents from a super secret, multi-national organization in the style of the X-Files, Fringe Division, or Torchwood. Each document, labeled with a number in the form SCP-XXX, describes some supernatural object/person/etc. in the organization's possession.
It's a wiki, but it seems to be policed pretty carefully, so the quality of the writing is pretty high for the most part. Most of the documents are at least interesting, many are downright creepy. Definitely worth checking out if you have a few hours to kill.
