I agree. Arcade Legends emulated a very old version of lnc. I just tried it on old MAME version 36 and the sounds match the video exactly. And eww.
Since this has been brought up I may as well mention I noticed a while back that there is currently a very minor sound glitch. I wasn't going to report it because I can't yet prove it, I can only go off of my own time and experience on real Deco cassette version cabinets in the early to mid 1980's with sound forever etched into my memory...
Two different things happen between lnc and clocknch when the bag of cash appears;
With lnc, the "cash bag now available" music carries over part way into the "cash bag has been grabbed" music as the bag is grabbed.
This does not happen in clocknch, which I believe is correct/accurate.
The player then laughs 6 times but should only be 5 times;
1 ha-ha-ha,
2 ha-ha-ha,
3 ha-ha-ha,
4 ha-ha-ha,
5 ha-ha-ha.
The laughing should end as soon as the player begins to move again, which is right about at the end of the 5th set of laughs. Not sure if the music mixing in lnc has caused the 6th laugh hiccup for both games but it seems to be. The 8 laugh count at the end of a round is correct in both games.
