Great 'tube post at the bottom of this forum. Mother's Pinball- what memories. I frequented many arcades at the time- Pin Pan Alley, Just for Fun, and (various) Just Games just to name a few. Mother's Pinball holds some special memories though. I remember seeing some games there for the first time- Splatterhouse was obviously one of the play tests as it was in a generic cab and didn't even have a title screen- I had no idea what the game was called then.
Another memory of this was when a friend and I, at 11-12 years old, decided to walk the about 5 miles down Northwest Highway just to go there. I don't know why we didn't ride bikes, but afterward we stupidly hitchhiked back- lucky it was the mother of one of our classmates who stopped for us...
