UPDATE**
Noticed the games were not recording the full time played (just the seconds actually). This is fixed along with a check for updates button on the setting page.
This update will overwrite your database file since the times are wrong anyways. If you really want to keep your last games played overwrite everything except the mameLauncher.s3db file.

I just finished the initial release of my MAME HTML games played generator (Not really sure what else I should call it

). Try it out and let me know what you think! I am more that willing to accept some input (good or bad) so I can make this thing better.

Here is the readme-

gamesPlayed V0.2

**************ABOUT***************
This is essentially a launcher for mame that
will keep track of all the games you have played
and for how long in a sqlite database.

It can then create an html file that can be
uploaded to an ftp server.

There is also the option to contribute to the
global database.

*********INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS*************

1. Unzip the file contents.
2. Run gamesPlayed.exe on its own
3. Set all desired settings ++Most important is mame location
4. Close settings
5. Running gamePlayed.exe with a ROM as an argument will launch the game -- ex. "gamesPlayed.exe dkong"

******FRONT END SETUP**********
If you want to use it with a front end all you have to do is
point the frontend to gamePlayed.exe instead of mame.exe.

Make sure you have run gamePlayed.exe before hand to set up the
settings before trying it with a frontend.

************HTML SETUP********************
I have a gamesPlayed.html that is a basic template for the html
output. You can edit this document if you like, just make sure
it is still named gamesPlayed.html and left in the same directory.

Here are the variables the program replaces, you can use them to
create a custom HTML file if you want.

GAMENAME - Normal Game Name
FILENAME - Rom Name (can be used to show images from mamedb or even my
site if you want)
WHENPLAYED - Date last game was played
SECONDSPLAYED - How long the game was played
LASTPLAYED1-5 - The last five games played
MOSTPLAYED1-5 - The Most played five games

Best way to see how this works is open up the gamesPlayed.html and
see how I used them.

I will be adding more to this eventually. Let me know if there are any
variables or statistics you would like to see in later versions.
