They're actual, real cigarette brands (Viceroy is now only sold in a few places). Most of them are R J Reynolds, one is... possibly the company that bought Nabisco from RJR Nabisco.
If they're still being made, who's making them, and where? There are trademarks to be dealt with if they come from anywhere from which I'd buy food items.
There are still a few imitators out there, like "Pall Mali" or other misspellings, but these properly spelled boxes, labeled "candy cigarettes," are not made by any company that can be trusted to not make them out of whatever white stuff happens to be handy.
