i would too. but, fuck ebay and fuck paypal.
long story short. i sold a camera to a guy on ebay for $850. goes well, he pays through paypal, receives item, gives good ebay feedback, etc. 2 months later, he does a chargeback on his credit card saying that his card was unauthorized for use.
he does this with his real name being both on the paypal account and the ebay account. i submit full ebay/email correspondance to paypal, along with full fed-ex shipping documentation showing he got the item at the location he specified in his ebay messages. i turn over damning after damning fraud evidence to paypal. paypal says they will litigate this matter with the buyer.
a month goes by... the guy's creditors side with him, and paypal informs me that they can't do shit about it even though i have given them a fucking mountain of evidence showing the guy committed credit card fraud. my paypal account gets debited $850.
so, i'm -$771.00 on paypal right now.
