Too bad the second volume of Taito games wasn't uploaded. Going by links, it looks as if the videos were made in late 1980s or early 1990s when the publisher released the show in 1991 or 1992.
One can see some subtle, visual differences between the Midway version of Wheels and Taito version (Speed Race) of a similar game. It's one thing if the 1970s Taito games don't use roms, but if any do, then it would require finding specific rom based pcb games and cross fingers that the roms are still readable.
I do like Taito Interceptor. It reminds me of Chicago Coings EM hardware early 1970s classic Flying Tiger which was a very good game itself.
