You could probably torch (or otherwise defeat) the lock/security shroud box in fairly short order, but doubt you get an AC unit through the entryway. Probably another hour widening the entry to the necessary width.
I'll bet Gyro could get in and out with an AC unit in under 3 hours. Me, I'm out of practice, so would take a bit longer. Should serve to deter a tweaker pretty well though.
