Sorry, I don't know what I was thinking. BUT, I still can't get it to work. I set mame.ini to keepaspect to 0 (because I want horizontal games stretched, I know some folks don't like it but I don't mind the look).
I set vertical.ini to keepaspect 1. Everything still gets stretched, so it's like vertical.ini isn't kicking in. Did I miss a step?
