I wish I had a better idea. I was hoping the word "magnificent" would downplay the negative connotations of over-complicated. There isn't an easy way of doing this on current tech, but the logistics behind designing/coding/integrating all those systems is mind-blowing. It's not that shy of Rube Goldberg territory.
If they pull it off, a nice side effect will be the budget boost they get when the military quietly cuts them a check for the plans.
