He probably got temp banned for trolling. Nobody could tell you details about a list of past bannings unless it was something really noteworthy. Trolls tend to get shot in the head and forgotten about, or they reregister and we just don't really care to keep banning them and feel bad that they have a sick addiction for mameworld and should seek help and stop coming here for masturbatory sessions.
