I've gotta admit I had a good laugh on my way home from work. I was on a 5 lane freeway, there was this dude on a motorcycle, stuck with me in rush hour traffic.

He was to the right of me, in the furthest right lane. There was a corvette in front of me. Once the biker had a TINY bit of space in front of the vette, he merged in front of it with zero notice (he's now 2 spots directly in front of me). Any time he has daylight to the left he takes the lane (at 2 mph mind you).

The traffic breaks up a bit but the furthest left lane he was in is slowing down. He works his way right again, eventually ends up directly BEHIND ME, merges back into the furthest right lane, eventually works his way in front of the Vette that's in front of me for the second time, and basically this "lane loop" happens about 3 times before my exit comes up.

I guess what I'm getting at is he could have basically stayed right where he was, in front of the Vette, without changing a single lane, and 5 miles down the road he would have been in EXACTLY the same spot as he already was....without the douche behavior.

Point is...if you're on a bike, and you're not behaving like you've got the same space as a car...don't expect others to respect your space.

Not saying you do this Italie, but the majority of bikers (at least where I live) behave like this.

And BMW drivers....doesn't matter which year or model....you're all assholes on the road. Without EXECPTION. Yes that's a blanket statement....and if you drive a BMW, you're under that blanket. I promise....even if you think you're not...you're still an ASS on the road. YES YOU!
