Building storage towers, pumping stations. Installing Hydro electric power plants, solar powered pumping stations, the whole nine. Guided raft tours down the new awesome rivers. Rental shacks for kayacks. Trout farms and bait shops.Go crazy.

Lets build a system to get water from point A to point B. As needed. Like the power grid (oh...wait, more job ideas), only with water. Lets be awesome. Lets employ people and prepare for the inevitable desert that awaits us in 30% of this country. Lets do stuff. Fuck the bailouts. Buy every mother farker a shovel.
