It's for MAME 145, but it still works since the files haven't changed much. This is the command to apply the patch above... patch -p0 -E <0145_cleanstretch.diff It took me less than an hour to download everything and build the attached binary, most of which was waiting for the compile to finish. cleanstretch defaults to on, so all you'll need to do is create a mame.ini file and change "filter" to 0 to disable bi-linear filtering otherwise it will be blurry.
