That's not the issue, he's not looking for square pixels, just "evenly stretched" pixels. It's not the same as the "fat chun li" aspect ratio thing.
/EDIT okay so it kind of is, but there are two issues overlapping here.
He's complaining primarily about unevenness, some pixels getting stretched vertically more than others. In H@P's post above you can see it happening horizontally as well. For me, setting prescale to 3 almost gets rid of stretching artifacts. IMHO setting an appropriate prescale value is good enough but I don't think the OP agrees.
