Hats off to Rodney King? Why? For what? What did he do? All he did was get high as a kite and drunk as hell, drive under the influence on a high speed police chase. He refused to pull over (because he thought a driving under the influence test would violate his parole from a previous robbery conviction.) He disobeyed the cops when he finally did pull over. He resisted arrest. And he struck an officer. The police responded with police brutality. Luckily for him, he probably did not feel a thing since he was so incredibly drunk and high. Not to mention that he won a multi million dollar lawsuit against the city. The incident sparked massive riots resulting in the deaths of more than 50 people and more than a BILLION dollars in damage, which the taxpayers paid for. Finally, for the rest of his life, he continued to get high, drunk, and arrested numerous more times.

So yeah, hats off to Rodney King... a real stand up guy
