The crew of my first Mun orbital mission made it back to Kerbin, safe and sound! The return was uneventful, and I was even able to to stick the landing in the ocean a few hundred KM from the space center (admittedly, much of it was luck).
The crew of the second Munar expedition is currently in an 80KM orbit around the Mun, in their highly-improvised lander/return vehicle. Their first landing attempt is scheduled for tomorrow. Rolorf, Seanler & Sheplock have a big day ahead of them
